創(chuàng)業(yè)以來(lái)，集團(tuán)始終以紡織制造業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)，以“信譽(yù)至上”、“品質(zhì)最優(yōu)”為經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)，使“科爾”品牌在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的紡織行業(yè)中居于領(lǐng)先。為了應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)紡織產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的現(xiàn)狀，2013年，集團(tuán)開(kāi)始“產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移”，成立了集團(tuán)旗下第一家海外紡織工廠，通過(guò)整合中美兩地資源，把集團(tuán)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)。

      浙江航民科爾紡織有限公司創(chuàng)建于1998年，是一家致力于研發(fā)、制造高檔棉紗為主的現(xiàn)代化紡紗企業(yè)。因?yàn)榭茽柸藢?duì)最優(yōu)品質(zhì)的永恒追求，“科爾”牌紗線被評(píng)為浙江省名牌產(chǎn)品，“科爾”注冊(cè)商標(biāo)被認(rèn)定為浙江省著名商標(biāo)。

      科爾美國(guó)公司成立于2013年2月，是科爾集團(tuán)加速轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，實(shí)施"走出去"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措。公司位于美國(guó)東南部南卡羅來(lái)納州，擁有土地923畝，在5年內(nèi)投資已超過(guò)2.18億美元，員工超500人，目前一期車(chē)間和二期環(huán)錠紡車(chē)間均已投產(chǎn)。

   ‘Keer America Corporation’ is a subsidiary of The Keer Group which was founded in 1995 and is located in the district of Zhejiang, China which happens to be the center of the country’s Textile industry. Established on February 2013, ‘Keer America Corporation’ represents the first venture of The Keer Group in the US. ‘Keer America Corporation’ owns 165 acres of property in Indian Land, South Carolina; furthermore, it has invested $218 million (USD) generating 1,000,000sf of manufacturing space and creating 500 jobs.  

The Open-End spinning mill started production in February 2015 with a capacity of 50 million pounds of 100% ‘Upland Cotton Yarn’ in annual output. The count range for this plant is Ne6 to Ne30.   

        The second facility is designed for 100% Cotton ring spinning; both carded and combed. The plant is equipped with a total of 72,000 spindles and the counts range from Ne10 to Ne40 for both Carded and Combed Yarn. The facility also offers Amsler Slub Yarns with the range of Ne10 to Ne40.

       As part of an ambitious growth plan, ‘Keer America Corporation’ intends on building two more facilities located at the same campus. (Said) facilities will be built based on the future needs and demands of the industry throughout the American Hemisphere.

     ‘Keer America Corporation’ has made it a priority to fully utilize 100% American grown Cotton, as well as with an American workforce to produce the highest quality of spinning yarn available in the market.
